Relais is the new way to place Interlibrary Loans (ILL) in Alberta, brought to you by the Alberta Public Library Services Branch (PLSB). To access Relais, just go to alberta.relaisd2d.com and select Yellowhead Regional Library as your location. If you are new to provincial ILL, watch our short video below to get all the information you will need on how to place holds through Relais.
To search the catalog and place hold in TRAC, visit TRACpac. Place Request Option #1 - will require you to select or verify your Pickup Library and click on submit request, you will be informed of the current active request for the title and have the option to continue with placing a hold, followed with a confirmation message. One-Click Request Option #2 - will submit your request and give you a message stating that the request transaction has been entered.
ME Libraries gives you access to free Alberta-wide public library borrowing! When you sign up online, you'll be able to visit libraries across the province and borrow materials--using your local library card! All materials are picked up at the owning library but you can return them to any ME library.
